Mr. Iftikhar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP); he is currently serving one of the leading business groups of the country in the capacity of Chief Investment Officer; where he is responsible for portfolio management, performance measurement and is also supporting Group strategy team. Mr. Iftikhar has also developed expertise in taxation, financial management, business planning, financial reporting and business valuations. Over the years, Mr. Iftikhar has the experience of managing sizable teams and delivering on human capital development agenda of the organizations served by him. He has also been awarded as Young Role Model by ICAP during the year 2013.

Mr. Syed Hasnain Ali is a Director of HY Enterprises Pvt Ltd. & Paper Clip Pakistan Pvt Ltd. and also a Partner in MAGNUS. He is actively taking part in running the diversified group of companies that are involved in commercial printing, educational services, retail, fashion bags, work wears, uniforms and furniture, electronics & commodities trading, etc. At IGI General, his experience and business insight will be valuable in charting a course towards greater expansion, profitability and strategic growth for the company.

Mr. Hasnain received his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Business Studies from the University of Buckingham and went on to complete a Post-Graduate Diploma in Service Management. He began his professional career at Nestle Pakistan Ltd. as a training coordinator in the HR department, and formed HY ENTERPRISES in 2007.

Mr. Hasnain has also served on the board of Wazir Ali Industries.

Mr. Tahir Masaud is the Chief Executive Officer of IGI Holdings Limited (Formerly IGI Insurance Limited) as well as IGI General Insurance Limited. Mr. Masaud brings with him over 17 years of rich and varied experience gained in senior leadership positions within the general insurance sector in Pakistan and United Kingdom. His background includes sales and marketing administration, product development and project management.

He is a Chartered Insurer with an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from Chartered Insurance Institute, United Kingdom. Mr. Masaud has completed his post graduations in Computer Sciences and Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan. He has attended numerous professional development programs in Pakistan, United Kingdom and Germany.

Ms. Arjumand Ahmed Shah is the Company Secretary of Packages Limited. She is a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn, called to the Bar in 2006 and holds a Master’s degree in Law from SOAS, University of London. Ms. Shah has wide experience in the field of Corporate Governance and has worked at the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance in various roles, as its Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer while being actively engaged in development of mechanisms for Board Performance evaluations, Corporate Governance Assessment, Director Training Programs and working closely with the Taskforce set up to review of the Code of Corporate Governance, 2002 & 2012. She has also developed workshops and supplementary training programs on Corporate Secretarial Training to create awareness amongst company secretaries and executives.

Ms. Shah is a Certified Director and has undertaken the Corporate Governance Leadership Skills Program organized by IFC/PICG and is holder of Certificate in Corporate Governance from ICSA London. She is a strong advocate for gender diversity and has various academic publications to her credit.
